I've deleted and readded my firewall stuff (inbound and outbound) - even disabled the firewall completely to test if that would help. When I run the 'test game' in the ACT settings I get no issues; however, it appears that ACT is not showing the log in ... So I updated it. You will find this in 2 locations: 1. Under "Plugins" in the FFXIV Settings tab -- Log File location should be: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Final Fantasy - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV_CHR004000174B353A03\log. You could try adding ACT Custom Triggers and see if it's ACT vs cactbot, but I suspect it's everything together that's slow.
