When you got your 422 back did it say you were qualified for the specific shreds you applied for or or did it just say you were qualified for 1D711? I listed the specific shreds I wanted when I applied but when I got my 422 it said I was qualified for 1D711.

This really isn't that new of a concept either. As a B shred we've been farmed out to E and D shreds all the time in the past. I've even done A shred work, all depends on the assignment. Now the shit is flowing the other way where folks in the "lower" tiers of IT support like E shreds are being put into the upper A and B tiers.The 3D1X3 career field is crazy broad.
