There's a place in the settings where we can load amiibo.bin files. I haven't tested how to use them yet tho. If your phone has an NFC chip then you can use an app called TagMo to write amiibo files to NFC tags and then Yuzu Android will be able to use those tags in-game, but AFAIK there's no way to simply use the amiibo files.

Actually, if you were to create drivers, build a custom kernel with them, then install that on a phone, you may be able to emulate NTAG215 in the same way you do payment cards. The reason it is rarely discussed in detail is that a lot of people confuse the "create drivers" part for being as simple as writing an Android app.
