One of the mechanics washed a DD15 today to pinpoint an oil leak. Engine is in a Western Star. After washing the engine, it wouldn't start. I located a blown fuse in a pair beside the ECM but replacing the fuse didn't help. I also discovered that we can't communicate with the ECM because the datalink plug isn't being powered up.
Cascadia has 4 batteries and all of them wired parallel. 2 positive wires are coming out.
