On the Hull sticking at the prime station, (410 loaders, 600 Jr.or Sizemaster), the primer plastic seal inside the case is sticking inside the seating punch. MEC makes a case stripper for this. Slides over the frame and strips the hull off the primer punch on the up stroke.
