Currently I have the Bloodtinge gem found in Mensis. I have been farming Winter Lanterns but I think they only drop %Phys+ with a drawback of course. I am up to the defiled dungeon and really have not found anything better then the 19.8 %phys gems I get from Winter Lanterns and have not found a better Bloodtinge Gem. Thanks for the input.
