So I started up a Gaige playthrough and have been using the DeathTrap quite a bit.So, forget about the people that say Gaige ain't shit without anarchy. I had a max level Gaige (lvl 72, so pre Lillith DLC) that I didnt touch the anarchy tree until I hit lvl 72 and I really started to play around with everything. With my left and middle trees maxed out, I could hold my own with my buddies who played as Axton and Salvador.

Anarchy builds benefit from Discord. It gives you Control. You have buffed DeathTrap in some ways, but missed out on Upshot Robot, and missed Robot Rampage that gives extra melee abilities, while buffing melee damage elsewhere. Made off Sterner Stuff gives you a whole 5% damage reduction for 5 points. 5% reduction.This ability stacks with Gaige's close enough ability so that 50% of the shots you take will split into 9 bullets, and ricochet into an enemy for 100% accuracy and 100% damage. The accuracy bit means you can have high stacks of anarchy without worrying about aiming, and do upwards of 2000% base damage.Thank you for just mentioning why the anarchy build is functional instead of trying to force people into it. I plan on trying it at some point, but I currently have my Gaige fully down LBT and equipped with 2 shock weapons, a corrosive weapon, and a fire weapon, and it may not be the easiest way to play, but it is certainly fun!

Given that I put minimum points into DT, It would have been nice if the other builds present were easier to max out and here trees weren't such a jumble. 3 Anarchy and Close Enough remove the challenge and fascination of having to aim properly from gameplay. #12.

The pitchfork is a much better sniper than the Lyuda for anarchy Gaige builds IMHO. The bullet spread is much tighter and travel in parallel plus you get 5 pellets vs the Lyuda's 3 that spread out from each other. and even at 400 stacks if you toggle discord and use the scope to take your shot the accuracy decrease is hardly noticable.Anarchy is the most broken skill in the game if you are patient. You go to sanctuary on the dummy and use a 1 mag gun to reload fast and build stack. As long as you dont reload (unbinding key might be good) or dont die, you will lose accuracy but deal insane damage. Personally I like to focus on the little big trouble tree and use shock weapons and relics that boost shock damage.Guns that fire quickly like the Fibber, CC, Interfacer, Florentine, Bone Shredder, things like that. Anything that bounces. The Bee helps, but isn't necessary. I use that and the Antagonist shield. Many SMGs and plasma casters work well untill you get the legendary guns. I use a Coach Gun mostly (rarity doesn't matter) with a 2 base mag size.
