This will work for 1986 and below, the 2 link is for 700R4 transmissions. Doing these two mods will remove:ESC and wiring through the firewall, EGR, EGR bleed solenoid and wiring, two TVS (thermal vacuum switches) and 99% of the hard/ rubber vacuum lines. 1995 chevy 350 motor, MAP vacuum hose when i put some gas in parked. the engine would cut off losing rpm when the MAP vacuum hose is connected. and when i disconnect the MAP vacuum hose, it wouldn't do that. some work has been done on it like EGR Valve and Distributor Cap replaced. i don't know what else late john did some work.
