Despecialized uses footage from many different versions of each film to provide a faithful restoration as much as possible. 4K77 and 83 are 100% the original versions but in 4K, Despecialized is more like a faithful Blu-Ray remaster. I have done the trick above with mkvtoolnix and re-saved the file and it fixes that problem. I think it might be worth trying it in your case. I would completely move the file out of Plex and re-scan and empty trash. Do the re-save on the file, and then move the new fixed file back to the folder and re-scan Plex.
