The $199 XPS X24 works really well with FrSky SBUS for your application and has a built-in ignition kill as well as servo balancer for multiple servos on 1 surface (like 2 or 3 servos on 1 aileron). My 36% Edge was set up that way, with an RX8R Pro and XM+ in the tail in ACCST protocol.

The DA is lighter. 3W has WAY more torque , higher compression, and low end grunt than the DA.. The 3w 110 CS will out perform a DA120. 3w 110 classic is on par with the DA 120. The couple of times we checked the static thrust we got right around 125/126 pounds swinging a 37 x 13 prop. That prop at full throttle rips, but where we fly sound is a none issue. Helped a friend build a Bill Hemple 50% Edge a couple of years ago with a 3W 275 on cans, swinging a 37 x 13 prop.Ah, ZB, as predictable as the sunrise when it comes to bashing anything other than Jeti. Not really, look at he new Spektrum iX20, PowerBox Core, Jeti DS-12, Graupmer MZ-32, that's benchmark. Not even talking about FrSky…. Literally all better, more features, new stuff, and ALLLLLLL cheaper.

Re: 31% Extra 260 - Building from scratch. Now pictures of the Lite Ply sheets, there's a total of 14 of them, all 1/8" x 12" x 24". They contain mostly the fuselage parts, but some parts for the wing and tail feathers are of Lite Ply as well. A modern 60-70cc mid wing plane will fly differently--much more precise and aggressive for aerobatics and 3D. I currently have a 3dhs slick 89. Super good flying characteristics. I fly some 3D, but certainly not hardcore 3D. I don't see myself doing that anytime soon either. Maybe is a slick 89 overkill for me also. Re: PAU 30% Extra 300SP build and fly. Feb 24, 2016 · Basic tuning: 1 - Tune the engine when it is warm, and double check the tune after a flight. 2 - On the Walbro there is a little silver screw on the carb that is an "idle set screw". it has a spring on it and it sets how low the low throttle arm will physically go down. Take that screw OUT and deposit it in the trash can.
Re: walbro carb diaphragm vent hole. The hole is there for atmospheric equalization and relieving the pressure on the back side of the diaphragm. Keep the hole somewhat the same size and don't worry about its placement on the cover. I run mine back into the fuse. Bryce.

The 4.2 is a 69cc engine to my knowlege. Here is my take. It was spinning a 26 inch prop to my recolection at low RPM's. I wouldnt use the engine for a 3D / IMAC machine as it will be underpowered even if you put it in a 50cc airframe.
