Jack Westin is pretty good for a free question bank, and Khan Academy questions are nothing like what you'll see on the exam but still alright to check your content knowledge after watching the corresponding videos. 2.By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn.
