PID_CALIBRATE is not M303 with the U flag . Not being able to select a tool is a severe limitation. Last resort : selecting heads that can live with the same PID values, without too much oscillation.I like the computer connection better. I started this with the assumption I will eventually get better prints, but alot of reading into this hobby is take it slow and one step at a time. I printed for 2-3 weeks with stock firmware and slicer settings. Now I will go with Klipper and stock Klipper and D34D config.

Problem solved guys - I went back and checked my canbus-ebb36.cfg folder and there was till some heater_extruder PID control information uncommented that Klipper was not able to overwrite with the SAVE_CONFIG function. If anyone is having a similar issue, check all your .cfg files.
