I wanted to swap that to 7 paladin/5 warlock after going oathbreaker. But withers won't let you respec while you're an oathbreaker. And you cant retake your oath to unlock withers and then respec back into oathbreaker. You need to respec to one of the standard subclasses and then find a way to break the oath again.
