I’m still playing in 2022. Just going back and getting all the trapper outfits and completing the compendium. But for the Sharpshooter 9, I used the pump shotgun, walked into Van Horn Bar because the law won’t be alerted and you won’t get a bounty, dead eyed and shot three hats off some guys playing cards.
Its how ive always done it. Use poisoned arrows at Cornwall Kerosene and Tar, aim for legs. I used a revolver and went to do it with a specific enemy 3 times over at the sheep pens in Valentine. If you point a gun at him long enough he'll slowly pull out a gun and give loads of time for you to shoot it out of his hand.And ya get to keep Arthur's honor high if ya care. Good to know that animals can be used as well. Just not as fun as wiping out O'Driscolls. I just went to Hanging Dog Ranch and shot a bunch of O'Driscolls. Easiest thing to do is go to the Van Horn saloon. This place is crowded. Just walk in and shoot them up. You win.Get get on normally, or by horse, on a random train out in the wilderness. Make sure your horse follows, so don't try this challenge near dangerous bridges. Find your unlucky soul and do it the first time, then pick them up and walk a short distance from the train tracks, cut them loose, and repeat the process. Nice way to get it done faster.
