The barrel is not pinned, the cylinder is not recessed, and it has a 3 screw side plate. In addition, it looks like the gun was originally stamped 19-4 and then overstamped with the -5.

This is a Pre-model 17 K-22 Masterpiece. For old S&W 22's listing it as a model K-22 is adequate for the model number. It should have "Made in USA" or a 4 line trade mark stamp like this one, stamped on the right side over the trigger guard. With a S&W logo on the right or left side just in front of the grips.
