Something on your cable feed may have changed and the tech will check your signal levels. For a basic Roamio or Bolt a level of 90% and SNR of 36dB is very good. The Plus and Bolt+ are different. I took the CableCard from my Roamio (which was showing Live TV just fine) and put it in my Bolt. I couldn't do the pairing online and called the Comcast CableCard activation number. All indication were good on the Cable Card TiVo page, e.g., SNR, Signal Strength, SDV, channels received, etc. (Do a search for my other post: Cox disable HBO on only 1 TiVo.)
