Yes, I had this probelm before too. If you go on Gibbed and you see the level area, just below it there should be a box that says EXP points or something. There is a box next to that that says sync, if you hit that, your exp points will be synced to your level, and your problem should be solved. #2.

You can check my Tutorial thread for a way to do that. I had to get BF 4.7 first but, it works the same way.
