The gen 4 and 5 Glock slides have a larger recoil spring lug ( round part at front of slide), this will not fit in the frame channel. So, I do not think that combination is possible.Don't get "17" frame and Dagger "full" confused. Dagger full is like a 19x or 45, not like a 17. The recoil spring, barrel, and slide length is the same on the compact and "full".
