Once the nut is freed, you can re-install the tube in the lower receiver. Degrease everything first. Use red Loctite to secure the tube to the lower receiver. Don't use Loctite on the recoil tube nut. The Loctite will set-up best if the stock is in place, and used to support the tube while the Loctite dries.

Look for proof marks, most manufacturers put theirs on the left side of the lower, yours doesn't appear to have one, if it doesn't it's most likely from Brazil.
