Ford f250 on 37s.
If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. Depending on the year of the teuck, the Forscan code for 37” tires also works without using the axle code.

Received 6,667 Likes on 2,740 Posts. The 2020 is 1.5" lower in the rear. That's what guys with fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers care about. Wheel well height, not so much. When the 2017's were coming out there were lots of concerns about trucks fitting in residential garages with standard height garage doors.Received 1,446 Likes on 941 Posts. if your going with 37's keep it lower to help keep the wind resistance down some to help offset the power and mpg loss. 35's are for stock or reverse leveled trucks, 37's look right on leveled trucks and 4" needs 38's or higher. my opinions of course.
I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.Maybe. Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation. The Toyo R/T and M/Ts, for example, require an 8.5 minimum. The A/T III will do fine with a spec of 8" minimum.

That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. You said adding rear blocks, if needed, isn't a problem.
