Regardless, the 43x and 48 both have the same lower so a shield arms 15 round magazine is on the table. There's no hiding from the fact that the 43x is a smaller footprint and there's certainly merit in that. It comes down to personal preference. The longer slide and barrel was a worthwhile investment for the added benefits in my case.

The overall ergonomics are much better also. Thanks for any and all advice ! The biggest benefit is the frame though, it has an accessory rail. You don't really need an MOS slide you can just get your slide milled.

Agree with the 365xl being a much more natural pointer.The TLR-7a would only fit if your 43x does NOT have a rail and only with a special attachment called a rail adapter which basically creates a full size rail.
