I just used it in the AM to prime/preview for the day and refresh from the day before. In the PM I read it blandly to refresh the days knowledge and preview the next day. Currently going through the page myself, I’m aiming for 50 pages per day for 6 days, at the same time I’m doing 2 chapters per day for content review reading (doing orgo currently).
