Exiled Princes don't lives in hive villages, because they're not really liked by the others hivemen. The shopkeeper usally say "Hiveless bring madness". The game's AI is set to think that as long as you have robotic limbs, NPCs will consider you a skeleton. This is the same logic that one unique recruit has :P.
