Also I'd like to mention I have the original litter robot 3 that didn't come with connect. But I did install that a year later. I had issues when I first got mine and I thought it was the dfi sensor but just ended up I had to take out the "key" that's in the back and I think there was a cover that was unnecessary too on the inside.

late answered but here is how i fixed mine, but last time i take out the board to change the Full/empty sensor at the bottom Tray and re-assembly it back and my LR3 indicate the “Home Position Fault”. Turned out i didnt put the Hall effect sensor in the correct position. So make you u put it back like the one in the picture.
