If you're pretty solid at Spanish then he's the professor for you but if you suck at Spanish then please avoid him, he's not worth your time or the stress.

Smolinksy is absolutely the best Calc 2 professor at LSU. There are 4 tests and a final, all of which are curved a hefty amount. Most students agree Dr. Young is the best physics professor at LSU - take him if you can. He posts a lot of practice questions to help prepare for each exam.
