F Majin has the best strike modifier of any race/sex combination. You're making a good pick in that regard, I'll give you that much. Other good combo finishers would be Rocket Tackle (Android 16 mentor move) or Savage Strike (Bluegito move, TP shop) because you can complete an entire basic string THEN use the super, rather than sacrificing end-of-combo hits.
