It is a great system that will bring on the caravan brakes in an emergency situation. See link below. The DSC system doesn’t need a trigger circuit on the car, instead it connects to the caravan house battery. If we are retro-fitting DSC to a used caravan we need to service the electric brakes to ensure they are in good roadworthy condition.
