You can pass. I'd recommend watching the Emma Holliday internal medicine video on YouTube and reviewing the pdf nightly. I'd also slam the Combank questions in 2-3 days since there's only like 120 of them, and briefly review incorrects. UWorld is much more valuable than Step Up for the internal medicine shelf. Step Up is a good place to start, but if you're strapped for time, it doesn't get detailed enough. UWorld covers more information, and especially if you do missed again at the end, nets you better recall. 6.Tldr: If you just need knowledge, you don't necessarily need Uworld. Amboss is also great shelf prep. I did both Amboss and Uworld for IM (w/ no Anki) and imo either is sufficient. Probably an unpopular opinion though.
