Arbor cuts costs by not offering many options so they can order at higher quantities. They were recently acquired by Berkshire Hathaway and operations seem to be improving from what I’ve read/heard. Our superintendent was super honest about everything and has been very communicative. Covid/inflation/labor shortage is the real kicker, though.
