I have a isx that just got rebuilt completely overhauled… we are getting low oil pressure at start up (not warm) 13lbs at 700rpm 21lbs at 1000rpm 35lbs at 1500rpm We have used 2 mechanical gages and they read the same we have replaced oil pump, oil pick up tube, oil cooler, all the bearings cam, crank, and rod, oil regulator, oil filter housing… any info would me very much appreciated
