It has been back to the dealer 9 times for this issue. No one seems to know for sure if the leak is coming from the fire wall or maybe the door seals. I have a 2000 kia sephia with 130k on it. Everytime, I start the car and turn on the a/c it would start leaking out water. Anybody has diagram, on how to dissamble the dashboard so i can access the leak underneath? I checked with my flashlight its definetely coming from the inside of the a/c.

Not easy or quick. One test would be, running the car with the A/C on and seeing if a puddle forms under the car where the drain is located. No puddle (or small puddle) means the drain is blocked.
