Missoula is quite liberal, and although Bozeman is as well, it has a bit more of a balanced mix between conservative and liberal. Bozeman has more money right now. Banks EVERYWHERE. That's a pretty tough call. U of M has one of the most gorgeous campus in existence, while Bozeman is great, it can get a little bleak.

The Dark Horse has gained a favorable reputation, drawing really good singers who regularly show up. A large crowd of enthusiastic participants is normal, expected.
