First of all, while being very low income does help your application a lot, it's not technically necessary. I've heard of kids with family incomes of over $200k a year getting matched. You'd have to have an outstanding application otherwise, but it's possible. Secondly, assets aren't as big of a deal as income in my experience.You do not.
