So I manage, but dont really micro manage if that makes sense. Stats all even out well, I never blow out in any stat. Hits, SO, BB, R, all fall in a really good line. I couldnt play MLBTS like Madden. It would take forever to get through a season. MoM though is the best imo and very little slider adjustment.

My thoughts are the game developers code and create the game with default sliders, so I try to stick as close to default as possible while adjusting a few things to create a simulation style football game.
