YOU HAVE to use a custom fan client to be sure. Most of us either use T7 Custom Patch or BOIII Client. T7 Custom Patch is good if you just want to play regular BO3 or BO3 with friends with some improvements. But BOIII Client is a MUST HAVE to play on actual dedicated servers, it also comes with every fix for stuttering, exploits, etc. gay.EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho.
