Specs are Ryzen 3600x w/16gb and RX 5700xt. Cemu actually makes it much easier to run botw even better than yuzu. Yuzu is extremely system demanding. Low end low fps. if you are only getting 20fps in Cemu, then I highly doubt you can run the game at all in Yuzu. either that, or you screwed up your settings in Cemu, because it really doesn't take much to run the game at stock speeds. so nintendo released a new update for the botw switch version (1.6) a few months ago. do save convertors no longer work since the wiiu and switch are no longer running the same versions (1.5 for wiiu/cemu vs 1.6 for switch)?

Hey I just wanted to update you on this. I turned off AF in the control panel for CEMU and sure enough even with the low res shadows, the black lines disappear. You have found the true culprit. So now the question is, how had does it hurt leaving AF on vs off.
