1999 Dodge Cummins - No wait to start light. Replaced the intake heater. Intake heater solenoids. Would work for for a day and stop. Changed the temperature sensor and nothing. It is smoking and hot to the touch (on the brass post and overall). I pulled both the solenoid relays off and found the back one not connecting across the poles when excited.
