We are unlimited and see about 4 movies per month and are used to the standard 20 min wait. Usually time our arrival for 15 min past showtime. 37 minutes seems excessive. Like there was a mistake somewhere. I have 4 Regals in my area and in recent months, ads/trailers have been anywhere from 15-25 minutes.
