Jack Stacks take out. Doing a BBQ road trip. Just got to Kansas City and Jack Stacks is on the next block. At 7:30pm was a hour and fifteen wait so I got take out. Ribs were good but not nearly as good as Pappy's in St Louis. Burnt ends were dry and I wasn't happy with them.
