But it's simple. Field strip gun, heat gun the threads (they red loctite the shit out of it) and apply a bit of torque. It'll be a bit stubborn, but work that heat in there nice and slow and it'll come out. Install it as simple as screwing it in, just don't forget the handguard retaining plate.
