Went to Red Lobster for my Birthday August 9. We were sitting with the menus for about ten minutes before our waiter came over to the table. Then he took our drink orders. We waited for drinks about 10 to 13 minutes. Then he come to table and say did yall see a white card? We like NO. He like that's the card I need to put yall order in.

Was only two people so shouldn't be hard to find a seat. They had 12 tables open and cleaned but said they didn't feel like using that section cause they didn't want to have to clean that much at quit time. And it was only 7:30pm. Lazy staff and poor management. Red lobster needs to step in from corporate and fix this place.Not the Red Lobster I remember. We had a gift card so decided to give it a go. Refurbished interior and a ramped up menu, updated cocktails, definitely worth a second glance. Come for the biscuits stay for the all you all you can eat shrimp.
