The stat differences are just magazine, ammo max and 3% status chance. In return you get a slightly better riven disposition, lower magazine to get the base damage boost from final evo faster, and imo a cooler looking incarnon form. I don't know if the base Soma have any stat variations in incarnon options that differ from that of the Soma prime.
