I've seen two Trader Joels fall through his treehouse floor to the ground below right after I "talked" to him (entered his options menu, the one you get to select trade or quests), and found two admin-spawned traders right beside each other on the ground below the room the admin had placed them in (did see them fall through floor, just found them).

15 days in, just booted up. Rekt's doors are locked during business hours and are able to be destroyed, so I did. One thing I noticed is the usual trader music isn't playing, just silence. Ok I've heard several times over the last few alphas that each trader has their own specialty. But what I haven't heard with any degree of certainty is what each trader specializes in, and how that changes things. Jen for example supposedly has more medical supplies, but I really haven't noticed much difference between her stock and anybody else. Rekt on the other hand DOES seem to offer more ...
