11/19/2023. I wish I could rate a Minus 5 Star. This company is completely useless! I had Metlife Dental Federal Insurance as a secondary policy for my wife and I. My premiums for the year came to $1,010.40, that is $84.20 a month through my FAA Retirement. Metlife paid a total for the year to my dentist of $283.80.These plans cover 90 percent of health care costs, leaving patients to worry about a mere 10 percent of the bill.
