If anyone find this thread I can gladly say that there is no problem with the MSI Tomahawk MAX + 5900x combo, with this CPU cooler and case all of the cores were able to go above the 4800 MHz limit, some cores even clocks up to 4951 Mhz so it is absolutely enough to run it stock, played some Valorant, max temp was 66 °C. The CPU won't be bottlenecked by the motherboard, it'll either work or it won't, though some really crappy motherboards have VRMs that can't handle the power draw of higher-end CPUs. The Tomahawk MAX isn't one of those crappy boards though. Not many games are going to max out the 6 cores on the 5600X, and benefit from the 12 cores on the 5900X.
