COMSAE 106 = 491 (4 weeks ago) …Yes I believe COMSAE 110 is the only you can purchase. My school provided us with 107 and 111 as well, but I don’t know if you can individually purchase them. I am in the same boat. I am wondering if I should just save the COMSAE for post-step so that I can do some practice OMM and take the practice the week of my LEVEL 1 exam.It would make sense if they thought it was the hardest. I took 1 comsae that my school provided, completed uworld 100%, amboss 30%, and truelearn 60%. The writing style for the real thing just felt more poorly written and didn't have as much of a standard format as uworld Q's do. You should strive for a 450 or above before sitting. If you don't show up you still get most of the money back. Terrible idea to take the comsae the day before your comlex dude. Comsae's were no where close to my actual for both level 1 and level 2 (overprojected me for level 1 and underprojected me for level 2). The array of question types and topics differs a lot with each COMSAE. I took forms 106 and 108-110. In general, micro questions were always weird organisms that could only be found on Physeo, First Aid, or just the internet. Pharm questions and immuno questions were often weird too. That stuff isn't worth your time at this point.

The big thing will be figuring out what to do with Pathology and MSK. if i can figure those out, I'll take comsae 110, hopefully get a high score and be able to go into COMLEX with confidence. I know the stat about 95% chance passing w 400 but also my deficiencies are more content based and I know COMLEX is harder than COMSAE so yeah.
