I have taken it to my mechanic once and he changed 6 spark plugs and #3 coil. We picked it about a week ago and it still had the issue going on.I have a 2012 Acadia Denali that was experiencing the same issue rpm fluctuation under load. Thinking it was a gas/air mixture issue I tried swapping coils, spark plugs, cleaning gas tank, and cleaning the throttle body. It helped, but did not resolve the issue.
