Maltby irons.
I play the Maltby KE4 S irons and I've hit the KE4 Tour+ irons and they are both very forgiving and very consistent irons. I hope you like them. Your game sounds similar to mine with a good long game and mediocre short game. I just bought the Maltby FGT and TSW wedges and Moment XI putter and my short game is improving.

My STi2 set arrived late yesterday, and with a 6:09am tee time set for today, I had to take them out to the course unhit. I did use one of the Aldila NV 85 gram shafts to build a New Level 4995 driving iron and it feels fantastic - so I can imagine that the Maltby 85g in a driving iron would be fairly similar. The market for heavier weight graphite iron shafts is very slim.
I used to use Maltby Irons. They were great, but for whatever reason, when I wanted a new set I think a year or two ago, I went with Ping. The KE-4 Maltby Irons were great.
