Thank you for responding. Yes, im aware of the current trends and challenges facing the profession. I’m drawn to it honestly bc it checks all my boxes of practice style, academic medicine, and cool gadgets compared to other surgical and non-surgical oncology specialities.

If I had to choose it all over again, I would choose radonc, because my choice was made 15 years ago. If I were choosing NOW, I would choose Heme/Onc in a heartbeat over radonc. No doubt.
