There are a few rules...no fishing in swimming zones, no fishing at Jumbie and Trunk, and a few spiecies that you can not keep like Nassau and Goliath grouper.

We tend to use cash, except for big purchases, especially for all tips in restaurants. I keep a day's worth with me for walking around money and the rest in the safe. Credit cards are accepted at more places these days, but some do not accept AmEx.
